To All IOWs, ACPs and Project Owners, The Board is concerned that many IOWs, Architectural Consultancy Practices and Project Owner are not aware of the requirements that all IOWs must be registered with LAM in order to work and implement their services as required under section 27M and 27N of the Architects Act 1967 (amendment 2015).
